At Trax, we are committed to offering high-quality products. However, if you receive a defective item, we are here to help.

Return Conditions:

  • Only defective products are accepted for returns.

  • You must notify us of the defect within 10 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact us at helpcompanyh1@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the defect, including photos of the defective product.

Only the authorized defective item must be included in the return package; other items will not be returned.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by the seller.

Refunds:

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
